Our country is densely populated. Many people are patients also, whether they are patients of heart, diabetes or any other. The numbers are shocking but why don’t we become cautious from the very beginning of the disease.
A daily morning walk gives us fresh air. Walking is a sort of exercise that helps us keep many diseases away from us. Arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, muscle pain and many other diseases can be avoided by regular walking. It also fills us with a new energy. People are getting aware of, but not at an extensive scale. If well known personalities come up to promote this issue, it may be more effective. A balanced diet is also necessary. Who does not likes oily, hot and spicy food but its bad effects shall also be kept in mind. It may lead to a rise in cholesterol level subsequently raising the fear of blood pressure. A reasonable diet is very essential for good health.
The way youngsters are becoming addicted to smoking, it is a matter of serious concern. Laws are made and warnings are given repeatedly but the desired results are not found. Tobacco is responsible for fatal diseases like cancer and it can be prevented by simple care. Pan masala is found in pockets of almost of every third teenager. Though they know that it may cause mouth cancer, they eat it fearlessly.
People who smoke face the possibility of lung cancer. Smoke is the biggest enemy of good health. Figures of cancer infected people are increasing; excessive tension and irregular diet are responsible for it. Yoga and exercise are the best options to check it. Meditation is also helpful for relaxation. Whatever the options, they must be in regular practice to avert any such diseases. We shall not forget that health is everything.
