State Secretariat Telangana Employees Forum thanked the Govt. for issuing Health cards for State Govt. employees and Pensioners as a Deepavali gift. Talking to newsmen yesterday, Mr. Narendra Rao, President of Secretariat Telangana Employees Forum told this. He further told that this issue was pending with the Govt. for a long time. Govt. had convened a series of meetings of the officials with the office bearers of the unions. Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy, C.M. of A.P. had instructed Dr. P.K. Mohanthy, Chief Secretary of the State to issue health cards on the occasion of Deepavali as a gift for them.
