Headmaster of a local government school was beaten to death by unidentified persons near Ekshila village in Bihar’s Samastipur district today, police said.
Unidentified persons beat Pramod Kumar Jha, a headmaster of a primary school, with lathis, sticks and rods when he was on way to the school near the village, sources said.
Jha died on the spot. Land dispute was stated to be the reason behind the killing.
