Head office of Husamuddarain Trust shifted to Ali Manzil

The report published in Siasat daily on July 5, 6,7 and 9 about 70 year old Ali Manzil Waqf property dealing near Fateh Maidan created flutter among land grabbers and agents. Besides officials of Husamuddarain Trust also woke up from the deep slumber.

Siasat also published a report stating that special officer Waqf Board hinted at shifting Aneesul Ghurba orphanage to Ali building. It was also learnt that Waqf Board was also mulling over renovating Ali Manzil to make it usable.

The report turned the Jamaat Sulaimania and officials of Husamuddarain Trust jittery and they reluctantly decided to shift the office of Jamaat Sulaimania to Ali Manzil. Now the renovation work is in full swing.

It must be noted that the building was built in 1365 hijri. Despite being a waqf property the board mentioning it as the waqf property was repeatedly being removed. Determining by the present market rate, the building is worth Rs. 40 to 60 crore.
