A Delhi Police Head Constable tonight suffered bullet injuries in west Delhi when he along with his team were trying to nab a criminal. The incident took place in Janakpuri area when Head Constable Shyamlal along with others sleuths went to apprehend the criminal “A Crime Branch team had gone to nab a criminal. While we zeroed in on him, he whipped out a firearm and opened fire. Head Constable Shyamlal suffered bullet injuries,” a senior police official said. The police team managed to arrest the criminal. Shyamlal was rushed to the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya hospital where he is undergoing treatment. PTI
