HDFC Bank opens 100th branch in AP

Hyderabad, January 27: Leading private lender HDFC Bank today opened its 100th branch in Andhra Pradesh.

The full-fledged branch in Hyderguda area here, inaugurated by G Sudhir, Special Secretary, AP Government, will offer its customers world-class banking services, HDFC Bank said in a press release.

“Banks should strive to provide better customer service and meet their priority sector obligations to benefit weaker sections of the society,” Sudhir said.

C S Gopinath, Regional Head, HDFC Bank said, “HDFC Bank opened its first branch in Hyderabad in 1997.”

He expressed the hope that the new branch will be well accepted by customers.
