HYDERABAD: A few students of the University of Hyderabad and students’ organizations have decided to organise a procession “Chalo HCU” on 17th January to record their protest against the dismantling of the photographs of Dr Ambedkar and Jyotiba Phule from the university campus.
It may be mentioned that the authorities of HCU had removed the photos of Ambedkar and Phule from the place where HCU students had organised the death anniversary of Rohit Vemula on 7th January.
The students demanded the removal of V.C of HCU Dr Appa Rao immediately.
