HC’s Poser to Govt on MLAs Expulsion

Hyderabad: The two Telugu states common High Court on Friday pulled the Telangana state government to tell as to why it was not implementing the verdict delivered in regard to Congress party MLAs Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and SA Sampath Kumar’s expulsion case.

The Court conducted a trail today on the Congress party MLAs contempt of the court petition and asked the government to answer as to why it was not considering Komatireddy and Sampath as MLAs. The government advocates urged the Court for two weeks time for it but the Court sanctioned one week time. (NSS)
