The Hyderabad High Court on Friday stayed the decision of Telangana Government to transfer nearly 1100 employees of Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Ltd (TSSPDCL) to Andhra Pradesh Government.
After hearing a batch of writ petitions filed by scores of employees working with the TSSPDCL, the High Court has stayed their transfer. Alleging injustice, the employees have alleged that the Telangana Government took one-sided decision while ignoring the recommendations made by Kamalnathan Committee. (INN)
