In a relief to Kapu leader Mudragada Padmabham’s proposed padayatra, the Hyderabad High Court today accorded permission for his padayatra.
The High Court bench observed that it was not proper to say that there would be law and order problems if Padmanabham launches his padayatra. “Every citizen has a right to express his unhappiness in a democracy”, it said. The High Court also made it clear that if any law and order problem arises, the police should intervene. (NSS)
