Hyderabad, October 08 (Siasat News): The panorama of election of new chief for AP state Waqf board is clear and there is no obstruction for the election of new chairperson in the meeting to be conducted on October 11.
The last petition filed in the High court challenging the eligibility of the present members of the board and for dismissal of the board is not accepted by the high court.
The last writ in this connection was filed by Mr. Masood Abdul Quader which was argued in the session of Mr. Justice CV Nagarjuna Reddy. The petitioner had appealed to issue stay order on proposed election of new chairman of the board on October 11. However instead of accepting the petition it was ordered that the election of chairperson would be as per the final ruling of writ petition no: 24998/10.
