The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday granted conditional bail to evangelist K A Paul, who is facing charges of his brother’s murder.
While granting conditional bail, the court asked Paul to submit a surety of Rs 1 lakh apart from surrendering his passport. The court also directed him to attend police station every week.
Paul was arrested on May 12, after a sting operation conducted by Ongole police in which he had offered Rs 5 crore bribe to a sub-inspector to eliminate the witness in his brother’s murder case.
