Hyderabad, April 5: Justice L Narsimha Reddy of Andhra Pradesh High Court has directed Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and other authorities to remove the wall constructed near Moula Ali Kaman.
The judge issued this direction in a provisional order. The writ petition was filed by Aruna and others challenging the action of authorities.
Authorities have started acquiring plots admeasuring 90sqyds of their houses under land acquisition act.
Petitioners claim that their small houses cannot be damaged in the name of protecting the arch. The judge stopped any further action under land acquisition act and directed to remove the wall.
