TDP termed the cancellation of appointment of 4 information commissioners as a slap on the face of CM.
Talking to newsmen, Mr, V. Ramaiah, General Secretary of TDP questioned Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy that how can he continue as C.M . after this judgment.
He further told that C.M is ignorant about RTI Govt. of A.P. Governor had sent back the file but C.M insisted the Governor to approve it which he turned down.
HC felt that these four information commissioners had political associations and they are not eligible for these posts.
