The Hyderabad High Court today asked the RTC Unions to tell the Court whether they withdrew the strike or not.
Earlier in the morning, the High Court directed the RTC workers to withdraw the strike keeping in view the public interest. The court also asked the Unions to discuss with the Cabinet sub-committees appointed by both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States. The Court also suggested to the lawyers to convey the court feelings to the Unions. The court granted two weeks for the discussions with the sub-committees. The Court asked the governments in both the Telugu States to take steps in solving the issue in an amicable manner. But, the unions have been maintaining that they had given one month advance notice and their strike is lawful. (NSS)
