The High Court has directed Telugu character actor Manchu Mohan Babu not to use his title Padmasri preceding his name. The Court also directed the Censor Board of Film Certification to submit a proposal to the President of India to recall the Padmasri award from the cine actor.
The HC also made it clear that the President of India will take a final decision on taking back the title from the actor. (NSS)
