Hyderabad, December 1: Hazrat Syedna Husain was not the imam of any particular religion but was the imam of entire humanity. His message was also for the whole mankind he sacrificed his life in Karbala and saved the entire humanity. These views were expressed by various thinkers here on Wednesday at Golden Jubilee Hall Siasat premises addressing a seminar on ‘Martyrdom of Syedna Husain (RAA)”. The seminar was organised by Hydery Educational and Social Welfare Society.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Zahid Ali Khan said that Siasat daily has continued to encourage group movements to promote religious tolerance. He asserted that he got this motivation from Khadimul Harmain Sharifain Malik Abdullah who had tried to create harmony on the international level through discussion among all Islamic groups by convening a meeting of various religious leaders.
He claimed that if like Sikh regiment, Muslim regiment is also formed in the Indian army it will ensure the perpetuation of country’s sovereignty since Muslims are valiant and plucky they will sacrifice their lives safeguarding their countries boundaries.
He stressed the need for unity among various groups of Muslims.
