Melbourne, January 23: Australia offspin bowler Nathan Hauritz will undergo surgery on his dislocated shoulder in an attempt to be fit for the World Cup.
The 29-year-old Hauritz suffered the injury while fielding during Australia’s win in the second one-day international against England on Friday. He is set to miss the rest of the seven-match one-day series.
