Mumbai: On 16th October, Hasin Jahan, estranged wife of Indian Cricketer Mohammed Shami joined Indian National Congress. Mumbai Congress President, Mr. Sanjay Nirupam welcomed her to ‘Congress family’.

It may be mentioned that earlier, in a bid to expose the pacer’s extra-marital affairs, Hasin had posted several screenshots of Messenger and Whatsapp messages on her unverified Facebook wall. Notably, the post, which was uploaded from an unverified account, was titled as ‘Shami’s enjoyment’ and had several pictures of the pacer’s text messages to multiple women.
Later, she had also approached Alipore court and filed a case against the cricketer.
