New Delhi: On Thursday, Delhi court issued Non-bailable Warrant (NBW) against the 12 ex-policemen of UP.
The Delhi court awarded life imprisonment to 16 former policemen of that only 4 were surrendered before the court and the rest failed to do so.
They had directed to surrender on or before 22nd of November.
Additional session judge Smita Garg sent the remaining 4 convicts to Tihar central jail as per October 31 directions of the High Court.
The court said, “Since the remaining 12 convicts have failed to surrender in compliance with the order passed by the High court.”
