As per reports, officials of Haryana State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) expressed shock when they notice their website has been hacked by banned terror organisation ISIS.
The flag with ‘Hacked by Islamic State (ISIS), We Are Everewhere ;)’ written on website’s homepage (www.scertharyana.in).
“Being a holiday, the SCERT officials were unaware of the hack till they were informed by a teacher who was surfing the website for some info, told them about the incident,” police sources said.
The officials came into action as soon as the news spread and removed the message from website’s homepage and now the website shows ‘The Site Is Under Maintenance Message’.
“The remains inaccessible even on Monday and the officials are now trying to restore the SCERT website,” sources said.
Gurgaon Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Vinay Pratap Singh said it was a sensitive matter and it is too early to comment as to which individual or group is behind this act.
