Hyderabad: Caretaker Minister T Harish Rao today ridiculed Congress leader Vanteru Prathap Reddy as a good actor than NTR. He said Prathap Reddy has become a good actor and surpassing even NTR by making false and baseless charges against the TRS regime.
He was addressing a campaign at Sidhipet and took exception to the charges being levelled by Prathap Reddy against TRS boss and caretaker chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. Prathap Reddy who is contesting against KCR from Gajwel is trying to get mileage by maligning the image of the TRS leadership, he flayed. The TRS will win the mandate as it surpassed others states by implementing several welfare schemes and development programs.
Harish said that the segment was developed by spending Rs 300 cr and built underground drainage in Srinivas Nagar and pure drinking water through taps to every household on the lines of Hyderabad. A modern dhobi ghat was built and giving 24 hours power to farm sector and giving KCR Kits upon delivery of a girl and boy to a woman by giving Rs 13000 and Rs 12000 respectively. He also listed out the Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bhima and pensions besides starting residential schools for muslim minorities.
He called upon people to turn up in huge numbers to KCR’s meeting on December 5. As many as 25,000 people attended the TRS activists meeting called by KCR, he said and added that more people will turn up to the Chief Minister’s public meeting. The next government to be formed by the TRS and KCR will be the new Chief Minister”, he said.
