TDP MP Nandamuri Hari Krishna is reported to be once again angry with his brother-in-law and party president N Chandrababu Naidu over selection of candidates for the Rajya Sabha.
According to information, he has expressed resentment with other leaders of the party outside the Party’s Parliamentary office inside the Parliament house. It is learnt that he has lamented that TDP has become the party of businessmen.
Apart from Hari Krishna, several other leaders are discontented with the selection of Devender Goud and C M Ramesh for the two RS seats available for the party, ignoring several senior leaders. Thalasani Srinivasa Yadav, former minister, is also said to be unhappy about the selection of Devender Goud who not only left the party and made several allegations against Chandrababu Naidu. He was also defeated in one Lok Sabha and one Assembly constituencies during the 2009 elections as PRP candidate. Where is the need to give RS seat to a person who leveled charges against Naidu and who was rejected by the people in two constituencies was the question being raised by Yadav and others.
This is also said to be one of the reasons for Errabelli Dayakar Rao resigning to the post of convener of TDP Telangana Forum. He has, however, taken back his resignation after Naidu called him and convinced him, say reports. (NSS)
