Mumbai, January 21: Rapper Hard Kaur who makes her acting debut in ”Patiala House” will sport a de-glam look in the movie, different from her usual flamboyant style.
Kaur will be seen in simple ”salwar suits” while playing the role of Komal, a Punjabi girl living in London.
Following the footsteps of Kareena Kapoor and Vidya Balan who turned their glamour quotient down in ”Omkara” and ”Ishqiya”, Kaur has stepped away from her original style, sources close to the singer-actor said.
The ”Glassy” hitmaker who is known for her hip-hop style, adorns Indian dresses for most part in the film.
Producer Bhushan Kumar said, “”Patiala House” is going to surprise everyone with Hard Kaur now as an actor. Her fans will enjoy her fresh role and her new avatar as a ”punjabi kudi”.
