A girl committed suicide due to alleged harassment by a youth at Yacharam area. It is said that 20-year-old Lavanya daughter of Narsimha R/O Kuttapally was being harassed by a local youth. He was insisting her to get married to him. Fed up by the pestering the girl resorted to suicide by consuming poison. She died late at night. Police is investigating the case.
