A 22-year-old girl committed suicide allegedly due to harassment by her live-in partner in Saroornagar police limits.
According to police, the victim, D. Supriya, resorted to the extreme step by hanging to the ceiling at her residence in Gokul Residency in Venkateshwara Colony on Monday night. She was a student and was having live-in relationship with one Ranjeet Goud. Police have booked a case under 306 IPC against Ranjeet and began investigations. (INN)
