A 20-year-old newly married woman committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence in Maheshwaram on Saturday evening hours.
According to Maheshwaram police, the deceased Afshan Jabeen (20) a House Wife W/o Mujahid, had allegedly hanging herself at her residence on Saturday evening hours.
Deceased married with Mujahid three months back on Jan 26, 2014, at the time of marriage deceased parents given 2 lakhs net cash, 10 tolas of gold ornaments and house hold articles, last before few days deceased her husband was harassed her mentally and physically for petty issues, due to mental depression deceased taking extreme step of suicide hanged herself.
Deceased body shifted to OGH Mortuary for postmortem, after autopsy dead body handed over to her parents.
Maheshwaram Police has been registered a case under section 304 B IPC against her Husband Mujahid and began investigation. (INN)
