A 16-year-old-girl committed suicide by hanging at her residence on Monday.
According to Raidurgam police, deceased A Hemalatha (16) Housekeeping D/o late Narasimha a resident of Gachibowli hanged herself to death at her house on Monday, The family members told the police that she resorted to the extreme step owing to harassment by a driver, Pochaiah who forcing her to marry him.
Raidurgam police registered a case under section 306 (abetment of suicide) of IPC against Pochaiah and dead body shifted to OGH Mortuary for postmortem and began investigation. Sub Inspector R B Naik Said. (INN)
