A 35-year-old Auto Driver committed suicide by hanging himself with a tree near his residence in Soundaryanagar Colony of Vanasthalipuram.
According to Vanasthalipuram police, the deceased M Sitaram (35) an Auto Driver Resident of Soundaryanagar Colony of Vanasthalipuram, had committed suicide by hanging himself with a tree near his residence on Monday night hours.
The family members of the man told the police that he slipped into depression after one Lalu Naik who gave a hand loan to deceased few months back, last before two months Lalu Naik forced him to return money and allegedly beaten and mentally harassed him due to which deceased taking the extreme step of suicide and might have ended his life over it.
Vanasthalipuram police has been registered a case under section 306 IPC against Lalu Naik and dead body shifted to OGH Mortuary for postmortem and began investigation. Sub Inspector N Bhaskar said. (INN)
