Hamza takes charge of Osama, calls for attacks on West

Hamza bin Laden, youngest son of Osama bin Laden has purportedly called for terrorist attacks on London, and other Western cities in an audio recording released by Al Qaeda.

Hamza can be heard urging lone wolf attacks in the US and the West, specifically mentioning Washington, Paris, London and Tel Aviv.

According to international media reports, the audio message was shared by extremists on Twitter, and is the first such message from Hamza, who is believed to be either 23 or 24 years old.

Letters found in Abbottabad compound which was Osama bin Laden’s hide out suggested that Hamza Bin Laden is thought to have been groomed by his father prior to his death in 2011 at the hands of US Navy SEAL Team Six.

Following the 2011 US raid on the Abbottabad compound in Pakistan where Osama was living, it was reported that Hamza had been killed together with his father. White House officials publicized his death, before further analysis showed that it was another son, Khaled, who had been killed.

Spy chiefs believe Hamza escaped in the midst of the raid as US Seals shot his father in the head and chest.

Born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 1989, Hamza is the spitting image of his father, and a seasoned jihadist known as “the Crown Prince of Terror” whose current whereabouts is unknown.
