Dr. Meer Yousuf Ali, Additional Director of Unani Medicine advised the research scholars and Unani Medical Practitioners to follow the footsteps of Hakeem Ajmal Khan. They should carry out research in the field of Unani Medicine in order to find out new medicines for curing various ailments. He was inaugurating one day free Unani Medical Camp of Hakeem Ajmal Khan, Charitable Dispensary at Musheerabad on occasion of 86th death anniversary of Hakeem Ajmal Khan. Mr. Wajeed Husain, former corporator of GHMC inaugurated the camp and told that Hakeem Ajmal Khan was a freedom fighter besides being Hafiz of Quran and president of Congress Party. He was also a good poet of Urdu.
Hakeem Syed Ghousuddin, former advisor of Unani Medicine of Govt. of A.P. highlighted various facets of the life of Hakeem Ajmal Khan. Hakeem Abdus Samad, Retired CMO (Unani) advised the Unani Practitioners to prescribe Unani Medicines in cases where there are no Allopathic medicines.
