Hajj pilgrims of Telangana and Andhra celebrate Eid-ul-Azha

Hajj pilgrims of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh returned to their camps at Mina from Muzdalifah after stoning the pillar; where they slaughtered their sacrifice and shaved their head/ clipped hair. They have put on new dresses removing Ihram. Thus they celebrated Eid-ul-Azha on Saturday.

Officials of Hajj committee and Indian Hajj Mission informed Special Officer Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor that most of the pilgrims have left for Makkah Mukarrama for tawaf. As per the report of Hajj mission a woman pilgrim suddenly fell ill during her stay at Arafat plain; she was shifted to Mina hospital. Her condition is said to be satisfactory.

Meanwhile Prof. S A Shukoor congratulated pilgrims of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for performing Hajj-e-Akber and Eid-ul-Azha.
