The Hajj pilgrims’ quota for Hajj 2014 is likely to remain same as that of Hajj 2013 as the Saudi Arabia government has not increased Indian Hajj quota. Meanwhile Hajj forms distribution is in full swing at State Hajj Committee. The last date to submit forms is March 15.
Special Officer Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor told that 9000 application forms have been distributed so far of which 2882 applications have been submitted which include 97 applications of reserved category of septuagenarians and 222 applications which were rejected continuously for the last three (3) years.
