Special Officer Telangana State Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor in a statement clarified that Hajj aspirants have to submit a colour photo, medical screening and fitness certificate, receipt of Hajj expenditure along with passport before April 23 at state Hajj Committee.
He said apprehensions prevail among Hajj aspirants regarding medical screening and fitness certificate, but they need not worry. He urged all the selected Hajj aspirants to submit the bank challan receipt after depositing 81000 of 1st instalment, along with original passport, medical screening and fitness certificate. He clarified that the format of medical screening and fitness certificate is available on page no 21 of the booklet provided along with application form. Making photo copy of it they can obtain certificate from doctor.
Medical certificate should have doctor’s name, registration no, complete address and signature with stamp. It should also contain signature of aspirant.
