Haji’s daughter threatens Balaji

Mum bai, July 30: Mafia don Haji Mastan’s daughter Shamshad Supariwala filed an additional affidavit in a Mumbai court against Balaji Telefilms for making a movie on her father and showing him in an objectionable way.

The movie based on the underworld saga is set to release on July 30, 2010. You may recall that the movie has earlier faced legal trouble from Haji Mastan’s adopted son who filed a suit for an injunction order against the movie’s release.

But, the city civil court refused to stay its release. However, the court had directed the makers of the film to have a disclaimer at the beginning that it has no resemblance with the life of Mastan, who died in 1994.

However, the complainant’s lawyer says that the actors in the film are repeatedly referring to Haji Mastan. It is alleged that actor Ajay Devgn has said in his interview that he is playing Haji Mastan.

Even Kangna Ranaut is saying that she is playing Mastan’s wife. So, the complainant has demanded that the script of the film should be shown to them so that they can demand deleting of the unacceptable parts from it.
