With the departure of 142 pilgrims from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Haj Terminal, the Haj Camp 2016 concluded successfully.
Altogether 4,900 pilgrims left for Haj from Hyderabad Embarkation Point. Of them 2,620 are from Telangana, 1648 are from Andhra Pradesh and 632 are from Karnataka. The Haj Camp started with arrival of the pilgrims on 19th August whose flight left on 21st August and was flagged off by Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali.
According to the Telangana State Haj Committee all the pilgrims have reached Makkah, the most sacred city for Muslim and are safe there offering prayers.
One Khadimul Hujjaj is accompanying every 200 pilgrims to guide and help them. (INN)
