Andhra Pradesh State Haj Committee requested the Haj applicants bearing waiting list no. 2351 to 2600 to deposit their original Passport along with a copy of passport size photograph with white background and written undertaking, in the Office of Haj Committee before 5 pm on October 3.
In a press release here, the Chairman of the State Haj Committee Khaleeluddin and executive officer Abdul Hameed said that their seats may be confirmed against cancellation of already confirmed seats. The office of the State Haj Committee will remain open on October 2, 2012 also.
They said that Haj applicants may obtain their waiting list number from the Haj Committee website www.hajcommittee.com and accordingly the Haed of the covers from waiting list no 2351 to 2600 may personally deposit the passport of the applicants listed in the cover.
If the seat is not confirmed, then their original passports would be returned to them, they said. They also requested the applicants who were not desirous of going to Haj to submit a cancellation letter so that other applicants in the waiting list may be considered. (NSS)
