The last date for submission of Haj Application Forms for the Haj 2013 will be March 20th.
Andhra Pradesh State Haj Committee Chairman Syed Khaleeluddin Ahmed in a statement said that there would be no extension in the last date and all the aspiring Haj pilgrims should submit their Haj applications, filled completely in all respects by enclosing all the necessary documents on or before 20th March at the office of the Haj Committee at Haj House, Nampally.
The SHC Chairman further said that all the applicants in all categories (i.e. General, Reserved Category I 70 years and above and Reserved Category II fourth timers) should submit an affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs. 10, proforma of which is available in the application form.
Meanwhile, SHC Executive Officer Abdul Hameed said that the office of the Haj Committee will remain open on Sunday (March 17th) to issue and accept the Haj Forms. However, the applicants have been advised to make the payment of Rs 300 per person in the account of Haj Committee of India in SBI by Saturday itself as the banks will not function on Sunday. (INN)
