Tappachabutra Police arrested a habitual offender for making an attempt to commit the theft.
According to police, the accused Bandari Vinod @ Tinku (22), is an habitual offender and was previously arrested in different cases in which he both convicted and acquitted. On Friday night, Tinku entered into a house at Joshiwadi through window and tried to commit an offence. The house owner woke up and caught him near the gate and handed over him to the police, according to Sub-Inspector K Goverdhan Reddy.
