Nalgonda MP Gutha Sukhender Reddy has demanded that the Telangana government release Nagarjuna Sagar water to Alimineti Madhava Reddy canal to irrigate crops under the canal during Rabi season.
Speaking to the media here on Friday, Gutha said the government has no clarity on releasing water to the farmers. He said Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has to discuss with the Andhra Pradesh government and Krishna Tribunal on releasing the water immediately. (NSS)
