Congress MP Gutha Sukhender Reddy today expressed serious displeasure at the TRS Government for encouraging defections. Telangana is witnessing belittling politics while the leaders unmindful of their blood relation and kinship prefer top and key posts, he lamented.
Reacting on his brother and Mother Dairy Chairman Jithender Reddy and district chairman and other leaders joining the TRS, he expressed discontent on the issue. “This is unfortunate to see that the ruling parties encourage defections only to see that Opposition party should vanish in the State”, he said. “Even Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is doing so to see that the Opposition party should perish. We used to see defections during the election time but now the ruling parties are vying for poaching the leaders”, he alleged. The ruling parties are unethically hatching conspiracies against the Opposition parties in the two Telugu States. “What if the TRS finds a similar situation of its leaders defecting to other parties”, he retorted.
