Hyderabad: On the occasion of 549th birthday celebrations of their 1st Sikh Guru Shri Guru Nanak, the Sikh people will takeout a procession on November 19 from 3 pm onwards. The procession will start from Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Ashok Bazar and will take Right turn towards – Afzalgunj ‘T’ Junction – Siddiamber Bazar – Mozamjahi Market – Right turn – Jambagh – Puthlibowli – Right turn – Ram Mandir – Gowliguda Chaman via Shanker Sher Hotel – Left turn and return to Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Ashok Bazar.
The traffic will be diverted in the following routes in the limits of Tr. PS. Sultan bazaar, Charminar and Tr.PS. Goshamahal: Shivaji Bridge Junction : When the procession starts from Ashok Bazar Gurudwara, Afzalgunj, the traffic coming from CBS towards Afazalgunj will not to be allowed and will be diverted towards S.J. bridge rotary / CBS.
Afzalgunj ‘T’ Junction : When the procession crosses Afzalgunj ‘T’ Junction and proceeds towards S.A. Bazar Mosque, all the vehicular traffic coming from Afzalgunj will be diverted towards State Central Library Afzalgunj – Shivaji Bridge – CBS – Rangamahal till the procession move to M.J. Market.
Rangamahl Junction : When the procession reaches near MJ Market and turns towards Jambagh at that time the traffic coming from Charderghat will not to be allowed from Rangamahal Junction towards Jambagh and will be diverted towards CBS, SJ Bride. (if necessary)
Nayapool (Charminar Tr.PS. Limits) : When the procession starts from Ashok Bazar Gurudwara, Afzalgunj the traffic coming from Madina and City College will not to be allowed towards Afzalgunj and diverted towards Salarjung Museum – S.J.Rotary
Shanti Fireworks (Goshamahal Tr.PS Limits) : After the procession passes Shanthi Fireworks lane the traffic coming from Afzalgunj and intending to proceed towards MJ Market will be diverted at Shanti Fireworks take left turn via Feel Khana – Right Turn – Thop Khana – Alaska – Malakunta – Left Turn – Midas High School U Turn – MJ Market.
