Hyderabad: Gulzar Houz, one of the most attractive monuments located close to historic Charminar, today represents the worst upkeep of monuments.
The fountain in the middle of Gulzar Houz has stopped functioning for God knows how many months or years. Passersby and the locals are dumping garbage in the Houz. The monument has turned into an eyesore.
