Rajkot: Obscene photos of BJP youth leader with the foreign girl went viral. A day after this incident, the party claimed that he was suspended last month due to his character.
According to the report published in Indian Express, this statement was made by the Surendranagar District unit of the party. Photos of Deepak Vaniya, Secretary of Wadhwan City Unit of youth BJP went viral on Sunday.
Surprisingly, these photos were gone viral when Vaniya was in jail. He is facing the charges of assault on police and rioting.
In the photos, Vaniya was seen with Thai girl. These photos were first shared in a WhatsApp group named, ‘Garvi Gujarat, BJP Gujarat’. This group is run by Chirag Patel of Surendranagar. According to Chirag, these photos were shared by Vaniya himself.
Talking about his political career, Chirag said that he is a supporter of BJP and informed that earlier, he was a volunteer of Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti (PAAS).
It may be mentioned that B Division Police of Surendranagar had arrested Vaniya on June 19. He is facing charges of assault on police, dacoity, rioting. Later, he was sent to judicial custody on 24th June.
President of Surendranagar District BJP Unit, Mr. Dilip Patel said that the party had suspended Vaniya last month and hence, the party has nothing to do with his photos which went viral on social media.
Meanwhile, Mr. Mrugesh Rathod, President of Surendranagar District Unit of Youth BJP said that Vaniya was made the Secretary of Wadhwan city unit of the Youth BJP nearly one-and-a-half year ago.
