Faridabad: Harayana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today called the Goods and Services Tax (GST) “historical and unprecedented”, and said it was a step in the country’s favour.
Addressing the 64th annual general meeting of Faridabad Industry Association (FIA) here last night, Khattar exhorted the traders to “whole-heartedly accept GST”.
The chief minister said his government had made it a priority to provide basic infrastructure like roads, sewage and electricity in the entire state.
He also felicitated various business houses, on behalf of FIA, for their contribution.
