New Delhi, June 24: According to Finance Ministry sources, the Empowered Group of Ministers (EGoM) will meet today on fuel pricing. The meeting is scheduled at post-noon on Friday.
Also, August crude oil shed 4.4% at USD 91.02 per barrel, lowest since mid-February.
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) touched an intraday high of Rs 386 and an intraday low of Rs 377. At 09:19 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 385.50, up Rs 15.75, or 4.26%. It was trading with volumes of 11,107 shares.
Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) touched an intraday high of Rs 338.90 and an intraday low of Rs 333. At 09:20 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 335.70, up Rs 7.60, or 2.32%. It was trading with volumes of 11,182 shares.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) touched an intraday high of Rs 635.85 and an intraday low of Rs 631. At 09:20 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 632, up Rs 15.15, or 2.46%. It was trading with volumes of 12,140 shares.
