Hyderabad, September 16: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has decided to conduct the Group-I services examination only to the candidates who could not attend it earlier and in the Osmania University B.Ed. Centre, Hyderabad and Tejaswi High School Centre in Warangal. It may be recalled that the examination in these two centres was disturbed by the Telangana students JAC.
The Commission has announced the decision here today and said this was done with a view to enable the candidates who could not attend it earlier due to Telangana Bandh. The candidates have to apply before September 23. The Commission has, however, added a rider saying that the candidates should specifically give reasons for their failure to attend the examination when it was conducted state-wide earlier.
The candidates can apply online and the District Collector and Superintendent of Police of the respective Districts would scrutinize the applications.
