Tension prevailed in Balapur area yesterday night after a clash between two communities. It is said that one person injured in the clash while police cops were hurt in stone pelting. Heavy police force controlled the situation till late night. Police picket has been deployed as precautionary measure and police has intensified patrolling.
It is said that 3 youth belonging to Barkas reached a house at Balapur but they were stopped by the local people. Soon two groups gathered. However police refused to declare the incident as communally incited.
