Grenade attacks leaves 11 pilgrims injured in Jammu, two arrested

Jammu: At least 11 pilgrims were injured, three of them critically, in a granade blast on Saturday in Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

A senior police officer told IANS that “11 yatris of Baba Budha Amarnath Yatra were injured near the shrine, when three men hurled a granade.”

He said, “two suspects were nabbed while they were escaping in a vehicle, but a third suspect was still at the large”.

All the injured have been shifted to a hospital.
