Green Rice

Ingredients
•Basmati rice,cooked 3 cup
•Spinach 10-15 leaves
•Green capsicum,1/4 inch pieces 2 medium
•Green peas 1/2 cup
•Oil 3 tablespoon
•Garlic,finely chopped 10-15 clove
•Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
•Green chilli,roughly chopped 4
•Onion ,cut into ¼ inch pieces SEGMENTS SEPERATED 2 medium
•Salt to taste
•Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Method
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add the garlic and cumin seeds and sauté for a minute. Add the spinach, capsicums and green peas and continue to sauté. Add the green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add the onions. Mix well and cook for another minute. Add the rice and salt. Toss well. Add the lemon juice and mix gently. Serve hot.
